Haldon Belvedere, also known as Lawrence Castle, is in Dunchideock, not Doddiscombsleigh.  Nevertheless, it's a great feature of our locality.

It has already been voted the most romantic place to get married in Devon.  It occupies a fabulous spot at the top of the Haldon ridge with wonderful all round views to the Exe Estuary, Exmoor, Dartmoor and of course Doddiscombsleigh.
